Who we are

Sooo Pro, is a beauty brand focused on inspiring confidence and stability in women, and showcasing Africa internationally. Founded by Omolola Sidahome, a Nigerian beauty entrepreneur with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lagos. Her curiosity for makeup, hunger for meaning and passion for teaching, which urged her to start out in December 2016 as a YouTube self-taught makeup influencer, has evolved into a fast-growing multifaceted brand driven by growth and recognized for delivering excellence consistently locally and internationally. Refunds

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

Sooo Pro Beauty accepts returns for a refund or exchange on U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused in their original condition (undamaged, unopened packaging, any outer seals intact) to qualify.

  • All international orders are Final Sale (Including Canada)
  • All gift card purchases are Final Sale
  • Damage claims must be made within 2 days of delivery. We require photo/video attachments for record-keeping purposes
  • To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition (undamaged, unopened packaging, outer seals intact to be eligible)
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Unsolicited/unqualified returns are subject to be returned to sender or discarded after 7 days
  • To initiate the return process on qualifying U.S. orders, please email orders@sooopro.com; please make sure to include your name,, shipping address, email address, and order number in your message, no return label will be provided, the shipping cost on returns will be paid by you after your return has been approved with the picture evidence you have provided, a return address will be provided for you to process your return request.
